How do I contact SnapViewer?
Write to contact@snapviewer.me. It is the only contact channel we run: there is no phone line, chat or social account answering for the site, and we do not publish a postal address.
Messages are read by the same people who write and test the guides. We answer by email, in English.
What should I include when a profile does not load?
- The username or the full snapchat.com link you used.
- The exact message on screen.
- Your device and browser (for example iPhone with Safari).
- Roughly when it happened.
Never send passwords or Snapchat login details. SnapViewer cannot read private accounts and never needs your account.
